As a travel company who engage with various stakeholders in tourism, namely consumers, tour guides, travel agencies, hotels, transport companies, restaurants, and attractions, Balkan Pro Travel understands our key role and influence in the sustainability development of tourism. 

Therefore, we are committed to actively promoting sustainability. We aim to follow, implement and promote good sustainability practices to maximize positive impacts and minimize negative impacts on tourism of our operations and to influence our clients and partners to do the same.

Our Code of Conduct sets forward the standards by which we, as a collective organization and as individuals, should act. Its gives an ethical and legal framework for our day-to-day activities and offers guidance for dealing with challenging situations.

Our Sustainability Policy and Procedires Handbook is divided into 10 themes. Each of them consists of a set of principles and practical actions accordingly, related to sustainability management and legal compliance, social policy and human rights, environment and community relations, partner agencies, transport, accommodations, excursions and activities, tour leaders, local representatives and guides, destination and customer communication and protection.  

We recognise that the sexual exploitation of children is a world-wide problem. In all our activities and operations we actively disagree with all kinds of sexual exploitation of children all over the world.
